They established dialog and Travis was asked what BN he served in, as the De Espresso Liber rep saw him in a Tan beret. Travis replied 3rd and also added he was 7th and 10th SFG… “and of course” RTB. He asked the DEL rep if he was Pathfinder qualified.
Travis added he was 18Z and 5th RTB. He said he still assists in Mountain Phase and out at Robin Sage. Travis added he is the schools liaison for the National Pathfinder Assoc. He adds that he goes to Benning for the Airborne and Pathfinder Graduations. Travis said they give the honor and international students a one year membership.
As the correspondence continues, Travis says he spent his first 8 years in the USMC then 19 in the US Army. He was asked about his star on his CIB and Travis responds he had quote: “2 qualifying eras. 3rd-SW Asia, 4-OFS Among others.”
He then adds he’s a private person and he doesn’t just throw stuff out there… AFTER he threw stuff out there.
Travis then stated: I’m not asking you or your other brothers to take time to vet me. I don’t know your name, Group, BN etc… I spent the first 8 years in the Corps, in Force Recon… in units that are now MARSOC. I went through the Army schools as a Marine. I went to Combat Diver and Mountain Warfare schools, then worked beside Rangers and SF so I went that route. He adds he was in every major conflict since 1983 in his 27 year and many not so well known.
When we reached out to him and immediately told him he was NOT a ranger, was NOT SF, he immediately said he’d remove all and only just supported these orgs. He must not have known we had the texts between him a Deesreppoliber.com coffee, as those statements to them seem to contradict his statements to us.
We asked him to send his fake stuff back to the Green Beret Foundation and he agreed.
